GHOSTBUSTERS SPOILERS AHEAD!!

The scene showed the 21st century ghost-busting gang before Leslie Jones' character Patty joins Abby (Melissa McCarthy), Jillian (Kate McKinnon), and Erin (Kristen Wiig). In the scene, reminiscent of the library scene in the original Ghostbusters movie, the three woman visit a museum where they're given their first task as Ghostbusters. "You're gonna die in there," the man who hires them warns. When the women enter the haunted building, McCartney whips out her P.K.E. (Psychokinetic Energy Meter) meter to monitor paranormal activity.

While the women don't meet any ghouly friends right away, Wiig's character, who makes it clear she's suspicious about the idea of ghosts, eventually comes across some ectoplasm and discovers the museum's basement door mysteriously open. She thinks her teammates are playing a prank on her and confronts them. When the two others swear they are not playing any pranks, their ears start ringing, a blue light comes from the basement and a dead bride appears before them. Despite bearing witness to an other-worldly occurrence, Jillian remains transfixed on her bag of chips she brought to the job.

"It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen," Abby says.

Erin volunteers to speak to the ghost first, saying she believes the undead bride looks friendly. However, after sharing a few words, the ghost projectile vomits ectoplasm all over her and disappears. Completely covered in goo, Erin celebrates their first real ghost sighting on the street. "Ghosts are real!" she exclaims!

A special clip from the sure-to-be summer hit wasn't the only inside look at Ghostbusters CinemaCon attendees received. Feig and the actors also dished about their characters and of course, the film stars brought the funny.

"I grew up on a farm. I didn't have any friends,” McCarthy said when asked by Feig about her love of ghosts. "I was certainly talking to someone in those barns."

McKinnon was asked if she's like her nuclear engineer character, to which she said she used to be found of taking things apart. "I was obviously the most popular girl in my school as well," she said.

Ghostbusters flies into theaters on July 15.
